Cost

 

The fee will depend on the level of work involved and will entail the following:

​• Preparing existing drawings to planning standards.

​

• Preparing proposed drawings.

​

• Preparing the planning application form, newspaper notice, site notice, cover letter etc.

​​

• Lodging the application.

​

• Completing Further Information Requests and/or Compliance Drawings if and as necessary.

Expenses

 

Each application will also incur the following fixed expenses:

​

• €34 Local Authority Fee.

​

• €59 Ordnance Survey Map.

​

• €172 for a newspaper ad.

​

• Site Notice provided at no charge.
